SHIPPING METHOD


🎨 How Your Art Travels:

All orders are shipped via USPS unless I let you know otherwise by email. As soon as your package hits the road, we’ll send tracking info right to your inbox! (Just remember: holiday season is wild, so don’t stress if tracking seems slow—your collection is on its way!) Please allow 7-21 days for delivery, even for Priority shipments.

💌 Shipping Adjustments:
If shipping costs end up over $10 more than what you paid, I’ll shoot you a quick invoice. The faster it’s paid, the faster your art can start its journey to you!

🌍 International Friends:
Heads up! You’re responsible for customs fees and any reshipment costs if customs holds things up and sends it back to me.

Currently, I’m working with a third-party shipping center to help ship orders out while I work soley on the creative side! They are working to get your artwork ready and out the door. Processing times can vary, but I’ll always keep you posted if there’s a delay. Expect a heads-up if it’s going to be more than 10 days.

DAMAGED PACKAGE



🚫 Damage Control:
I pack every piece with love and care, but if USPS doesn’t treat it the same way, I’m not liable for damages. However, you can file a claim with the shipping service responsible for its delivery. I insure all original artwork shipments for their full value, and every USPS Priority shipment comes with automatic insurance coverage up to $100, no matter what’s inside.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE PACKAGE


👀 Lost but Not Forgotten:
So It’s Ren is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost in transit or stolen upon delivery, please reach out to the shipping service handling your package to file a claim. All original artwork is fully insured, and every USPS Priority shipment includes automatic insurance coverage up to $100, regardless of contents.

Please note: A “lost” package might just be delayed or not yet scanned by the shipping service. Before reaching out to them or me, please allow up to 21 days for your package to arrive. I have the same tracking information you do and, once it leaves my studio, I’m unable to retrieve lost or delayed packages. Shipping services are facing high package volumes and delays, so we appreciate your patience!

If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, this does not qualify as a lost or stolen package. Mis-delivery due to an incorrect address does not entitle your order to a refund. If the package is returned to my studio by the recipient at the incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for any additional fees to ship it to the correct address.

RETURNS


All Sales Final on Originals:
Every piece is unique, and all sales of original artwork are final. So please double-check colors and sizes before ordering! I don’t do refunds or exchanges for originals. (For prints, see the Returns section below!)

Order Issues & Returns

All sales are final—no returns or exchanges are accepted on any items, including prints and original artwork. Please review all details carefully before purchasing to ensure the piece is right for you.

If there’s an issue with your order (e.g., damage during transit), reach out to me at lauren@soitsren.com, and I’ll work with you to find a solution. For damaged, lost, or stolen packages, please file a claim with your local post office’s Postmaster, as all original artwork shipments are fully insured.

Commission Process

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed commission price is required to begin work on your piece.

  • The remaining 50% of the commission price, along with any applicable shipping costs, is due upon completion of the artwork. This final payment must be made before the piece is mailed or delivered to you.

  • As the artist, I retain full rights to the commissioned artwork. If you’re interested in purchasing the rights to the piece, please reach out to me at lauren@soitsren.com for further details.
