You'll complete our VIP day workbook, providing your content, priority list, and vision board.
Within 2-7 days before your scheduled VIP day, you'll have access to me for a whole ass day via Voxer where we can send live voice notes back n’ forth!! This way, we can still flow throughout our day and pop in the chat to ask me literally anything about your launch.
Many of my clients utilize this opportunity to tap into my expertise! Think of this as part strategy part 1:1 coaching from an expert creative strategist, web + brand designer. They seek advice on course hosting, sales page creation, brand vision, and more.
After our meeting we’ll provide any necessary resources or guidance to ensure we have everything needed for our productive VIP day!

I spend this hour making a solid creative direction for your brand and sales page! This includes choosing your fonts, colors, photos, graphic elements & more. You’ll approve via Voxer and from there I’ll use this as the creative guide for the rest of the day.

Once you approve the direction, we'll spend the next few hours developing the brand, sales page and your launch promotional materials.
This may include crafting graphic elements such as texture and complete wordmark logo suites.
When I believe the creations has reached a point for feedback, I'll make a Loom video recording every intentional decision and step. This allows you to comprehensively review and assess what's been crafted.

After I send over your materials - this is where you can give me feedback or request any changes via Voxer/email OR by recording a Loom video.
Maybe that blue you approved isn’t vibing? Maybe you want a different graphic element for your sales page.

As we approach the last hour of our VIP day, I’ll send you a progress update. This is when I ask for any final changes or additions.
5 PM Wrap-Up- At 5 PM, we’ll send you a juicy email summarizing everything I’ve accomplished during the day. Any file exports will be sent the following day.
Night for Reflection- You'll have the night to breathe it in and review the creations + provide any last-minute changes or adjustments. Whether it's tweaking the wordmark logo, adjusting colors, or fine-tuning the website, we're here to make sure everything aligns with your vision. My 1-hour "fix" support will be available the following day to address any final details.

The benefits are a faster timeline, quality work and getting all of my attention all day longggg. Being my #1 client that entire day, meaning I dedicate all of my juicy creative energy just to you!

Nope, you’ll only need to be available for the creative direction approval at 11 AM, the sexy design preview at 2PM and then the final design at 4 PM to give your final feedback. You’ll be apart of the entire process where I’ll pop into our groupchat to keep you updated and/or ask you questions, so please keep notifications on.

If time allows at the end of the day for small changes, I’d be happy to include this. If you want additional changes after the extra time, this will be an additional service and you can book more time with me (like a half VIP day).

Absolutely! For extensive projects like full website designs, you might need multiple VIP Days. Once you share your project details and tasks through our application, I’ll advise if one day will suffice or if more are necessary.

Yes! Many clients return for VIP Days to handle launches, masterclasses, certifications, brand refreshes, website updates, and more. The complexity and scope of a project, such as the length of a sales page and website features, determine if it can be completed in one day or if it may require 2-3 VIP Days. We'll discuss this further when you reach out to me!

If you have an existing paid-for Squarespace website: Before your VIP Day, we’ll have you add me as a contributor to your website. This gives me access to come and design the sales page! I’ll install this page on your Squarespace 7.1 site for you during the VIP day!!

If you are starting from scratch: I create a new website for you, the sales page content is installed and customized using your new branding for you, and the ownership is transferred to your Squarespace account! You will receive an invite link to your new site via the email you purchased with.

You’ll need a Squarespace or Showit account (depending on the Sales Pages template that you use) and a Canva account. Ownership of your new sales page + content will be sent over to you at the end of the VIP day!
